Shipping policy

Delivery across Kuwait

We deliver to every address in Kuwait, in all six governorates: Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi and Jahra. We do not deliver outside Kuwait.

What it costs

Delivery is a flat 1.000 KD per order, wherever you are in Kuwait. There are no other fees. The delivery charge is shown in your bag before you pay.

Pick your day and time

In your bag, choose the day you want your order and a three-hour delivery slot. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 15:00; after that, the earliest slot is the next day. Bespoke and made-to-order items need more time, and each product page tells you how much.

During Ramadan, Eid and other peak seasons slots fill up early. If your date matters, order ahead.

When we arrive

Our driver will call or WhatsApp you on the way. Please have someone at the address to receive the order. Anyone at the address, such as a family member, a receptionist or household staff, can accept it on your behalf. Check the order on the doorstep; if something is not right, tell us straight away.

If nobody is home

The driver will wait ten minutes and try to reach you by phone. If we cannot reach you, the order goes back to our kitchen. We will contact you to re-deliver in the next available slot, and a second delivery charge of 1.000 KD may apply. Because our products are fresh, an order that is not collected after two attempts cannot be refunded.

We do not leave food at the door unless you ask us to in your order notes. If you do, the order is at your own risk once it is left.

Keeping it fresh

Our cakes and chocolates travel in temperature-controlled vans. Once they arrive:

  • Cakes with cream, custard or fresh fruit go straight into the fridge. Take them out 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
  • Chocolates like a cool, dry place, ideally 16 to 20 degrees. Never leave them in a car.
  • Savory trays should be refrigerated and enjoyed the same day.
  • Each product page shows how long the item stays at its best.

Problems with a delivery
