Where do you deliver, and when?

Anywhere in Kuwait, 1.000 KD flat. Slots: 11 am to 2 pm, 2 to 5 pm, 5 to 8 pm. Choose yours in the bag.

What counts as same-day?

Order before 3:00 pm and choose the 5 to 8 pm slot. Products marked 24 or 48 hours show their earliest date on the page.

How can I pay?

KNET, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

Piece, kilo, tray or box?

Every product card shows its unit. On the product page you choose the size or count before adding to the bag.

Allergens and nutrition?

Listed on every product page under Nutrition & allergens, per portion and per 100 g.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Up to [cancellation window] before your slot for ready items. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
